During my recent business trip, I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ter Zuidhoek, nestled just outside Roeselare. The warm atmosphere created by Angela and her family instantly made us feel at home, and let's not forget that stunning steak platter from the Hofstee Restaurant—an absolute must-try, especially when paired with their delightful al fresco dining options! Our spacious room, complete with a comfy seating area and all the amenities, became the perfect retreat after long days of meetings. While the surroundings are tranquil and lovely, the bustling restaurant is a testament to just how good the food is, so be sure to make a reservation! And here's a little tip from a fellow traveler: if you're heading out early, don't miss out on their take-out breakfast packs—they're a lovely touch for those on the go.
